Why do I need to register my Trade Mark?

Why do I need a search?

How long does the search take?

What will be the search report contain?

The search report will include any existing identical or confusingly similar trademark registration, which may prevent you of registering your intended trademark. How many classes do I need to register?

It is entirely depend on your business and your future plan, but the average trademark application is made about in three classes. There are 45 classes to choose from and your business more likely need more than one, however if your business is very simple you may only need one class to register.
